everyday the news tells us dat we have to minimise the use of electricity as lack of rains brought severe electricity shortage.d govt also keeps increasing the slab rates dat an electricity bill gives us a heart attack!but lo!today in Edapally at 2.30pm when the sun was high up the street lights were also shining at me.kochi has street light in very few places and dey dont switch in on when its dark.and when dey do dey 4get to switch it off and blame the poor citizens for consumption of electricity.wat efficient bureaucracy!!!
